2024 marks the 20th anniversary of the Full Moon Jam and we have so many exciting things planned for this year! We can't announce our season schedule yet, but will be making several announcements over the next couple of months. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter to get email updates!
EQUINOX FLOW FEST 2024
We are thrilled to announce that for our 20th anniversary, we will be throwing our first-weekend retreat!
On September 20th-22nd we will be hosting the Equinox Flow Fest - a family-friendly campout festival at the Grounding Groove Gardens in Woodstock, IL. On both Friday and Saturday night we will hold a late night open fire & drum jam, and during the day on Saturday we will host a wide variety of all ages workshops!
Tickets will go on sale next month, but we first want to give volunteers, vendors, and instructors a chance to sign up! If you are interested in learning more, follow the links below!
We hope this will be the first of many weekend festivals to come! We have many other exciting announcements to make for our 20th anniversary, so stay tuned!
TOWN HALL 2024
The Full Moon Jam will be hosting our annual Town Hall online on Monday, May 6th at 7:00pm. If you'd like to join the meeting, please RSVP by filling out the FMJ Town Hall 2024 Sign-Up Form. If you cannot attend, we will be recording the Town Hall and posting it on our YouTube channel.
Every year we host an open Town Hall Meeting where we discuss the history of the Jams, recap last year's season, and review our budget and programming goals for the upcoming year. We encourage community attendance and input from everyone as we plan our 2023 season and beyond. This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to get more involved in the FMJ to share their ideas and get to know the organizers.
2023 BOARD MEETING MINUTE NOTES
In the spirit of transparency, we have uploaded all the board meeting notes of the Full Moon Jam Foundation from 2023 and our most recent quarter 1 meeting in 2024. We invite the community to stay up to date on the latest discussions and developments of the Full Moon Jams and hope to encourage more to get involved and propose new ways we can help to improve our events and reach out to new audiences and communities.

We are in the process of confirming our season schedule and hope to make an announcement of our Reserve Jam Fire Safety Training schedule in early May and Full Moon Jam schedule in early June.
